About Us: Balfour & Co. is one of the world’s largest collegiate and high school commencement services companies. Compensation & Schedule: • $20 hour • Mileage reimbursement: $0.62/mile • Events typically last 4 to 10 hours • This is a part-time, seasonal, event-based position • Seasons run February–May and August–December • Monday–Friday availability required • Long-term, seasonal returners highly preferred Qualifications: • 2–3 years of sales or customer service experience • High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred • Comfortable using iPads and mobile internet tools • Professional, well-groomed appearance • Outgoing, reliable, and self-motivated • Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the event • Must be comfortable speaking to large groups • Punctual, organized, and dependable • Must follow the required business casual dress code and be able to wear a neutral-colored mask if needed • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship • Regional travel is required.
