You’ll be helping our customers with product questions and helping us be the best camera store on the planet. You love working as part of a team that are all striving for the same goal. General Responsibilities: Providing a shopping experience that exceeds our customer’s expectations for customer service and product knowledge. Proven customer service experience Strong phone and email contact handling skills, active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Ability to be self guided and work independently Desire to be part of a team and to help that team achieve its goals Ability to prioritize a constantly shifting list of tasks and manage time effectively Be able to consistently interact with coworkers and the public in a pleasant, tactful and courteous manner Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
