**Position Summary**
The Cinematographer serves as the lead camera operator and video production specialist for the Commercial Music Program. This position produces high-quality video content including music videos, documentaries, promotional materials, live performances, and multi-camera broadcasts.
**Responsibilities**
* Serve as lead camera operator for music videos, concerts, documentaries, interviews, and promotional content.
* Help set up and operate the program's ten-camera broadcast center for live productions and mentor other students
* Capture high-quality video and audio for productions.
* Edit video projects and assist with post-production workflows.
* Maintain and organize camera equipment and production gear.
* Collaborate with faculty, students, and marketing staff on creative projects.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving Record required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience operating Sony FX3 cinema cameras.
* Proficiency with DaVinci Resolve & Adobe suite
* Knowledge of professional camera operation, lighting, and composition.
* Experience with multi-camera live production workflows.
* Strong creative storytelling and visual communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet production deadlines.

* Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
