The majority of the trainee’s duties will include real estate appraisal related tasks. This includes, but is not limited to: income/cash flow analysis; market sale & rental research; property inspection & photography; report writing, editing & production. Job Qualifications • Finance, Real Estate or Accounting degrees preferred. • Excellent analytical, writing & verbal communication skills.
