Summary: The Communications Associate reports to the Director of Communications and supports the school’s communication, outreach and marketing initiatives. To include: Gathering and managing social media content for Instagram, Twitter, Facebook • Support the Director of Communications in the production of the weekly email newsletter for faculty and parents • Manage content for web portals, including Parent Portal, Student Portal, and other internal portals • Manage photography content o Visit classrooms to take photographs o Collect images from teachers o Manage photo content in Smugmug • Support the Director of Communications to ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the school’s mission and guiding principles. • Enhance engagement and deepen relationships with key stakeholders • Manage relationships with vendors and external contractors. • Under the direction of the Director of Communications, publish videos and photography on the school’s website and social media sites.
