The purpose of this role is to provide key direction and support to Trillium’s marketing and messaging in ways that advance employment for people with intellectual disabilities. This position will include external activities that promote Trillium’s mission in the community and internal communications that support the organization and all staff. They coordinate in alignment with the Outreach Specialist, Employment Consultants/Associates, Administrative staff and the Trillium Leadership Team to develop, design and implement communication and marketing strategies that support organizational goals. Creates an annual marketing and communications plan for the organization in consultation with the Associate/Executive Director and Outreach Specialist Partners with Outreach Specialist to generates story themes, marketing concepts, and campaigns for print/e-newsletter and other media channels
