WE-cycle is seeking a motivated, articulate, organized, independent, entrepreneurial-minded individual to lead and implement all community- engagement, education, and rider experience programming and initiatives. The successful candidate will be creative, driven, tech-savvy, and enjoy fostering relationships with the community, WE-cycle partners, and WE-cycle riders. REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION Mission-aligned: community-oriented, user of public transportation, a commitment to environmental sustainability and healthy, active living. Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and to embrace the fast, nimble-pace of a start-up type workplace. Eagerness to work in a small setting, be hands on, have a regular presence in the field, and willingness to wear many hats.
