Construction photographer

Construction Photographer Position Available: Multivista is seeking an experienced Construction Photographer for its Westminster, Colorado office. As a member of the Multivista team, your duties will include: Performing photographic documentation on commercial and residential construction sites Coordinating with third-party project personnel Managing project schedules Position is full time Desired Work History or Experience: The typical candidate is a current or former field superintendent, surveyor, skilled labor or in a civil trade. Photography experience preferable, but not necessary Knowledge of construction terminology Ability to read and discern blueprints and construction drawings Exceptional organizational and time management skills Computer proficient Ability to work alone Must have own reliable vehicle Compensation: Compensation is $18.00 per hour Raise up to $19.50 per hour after 90 days (based on receiving good 90 day review) Raise up to $22.00 per hour after 1 year (based on receiving good 1 year review) Requirements: Education: High School or equivalent required Experience: Experience within the construction industry preferred On-site experience highly preferred Photography experience NOT required, training will be provided Computer proficiency; Excel and Word, or equivalents, highly preferred Clean driving record and reliable transportation for site visits Ability to read and discern blueprints, construction drawings and other construction documents Demonstrable ability to autonomously manage schedule OSHA certification preferred Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Company Overview: Multivista is the leading provider of visual documentation to the Construction and Facilities Management Industries.
