Construction Documentation Specialist Dallas, TX Are you an experienced construction worker who's looking for something different and new that leverages your construction skills and training and gives you the opportunity to work with cool technology like 3D reality scanners and drones while NOT having to bust your ass toiling away in the hot Texas sun? We’re seeking an experienced, organized team member who is ready to join a worldwide industry leader in our booming Dallas/Fort Worth market as our new Construction Documentation Specialist. What You Can Do: Proficiently use, and be willing to be trained on, various reality capture technologies (including digital photography, laser scanning, 3D camera, and Drones) to visually document construction progress throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth market Understand how to read construction floor plans Navigate a construction jobsite safely Consistently adhere to standard operating policies and procedures Perform regular quality assurance checks as part of daily workflow Produce daily reports and relay information to the Operations Manager Proactively communicate with construction project personnel Maintain a professional appearance on site at all times as a representative of Multivista Assist with the management of project schedules Confidently use various computer formats to set up projects, manage projects, and enter data (e.g., tablets, desktops, laptops, smartphones, etc.) Who You Are: You currently reside in the North Dallas area You have at least 1 year of construction experience working in the commercial or residential building industry (or related industry experience) You can read and discern construction drawings and documents You can autonomously manage a schedule, are detailed oriented, and have exceptional organizational and time-management skills You are a self- motivated and dependable team player You have a valid instate driver’s license, a clean driving record, reliable transportation and the ability to drive for potentially long periods of time You can confidently operate a computer, tablet, and smart phone to setup and manage projects, have a working knowledge of Microsoft office, and the ability to learn new software platforms quickly You can lift and carry up to 35lbs, occasionally up and down stairs You are, or can become, OSHA certified You understand that construction site visits will make up the largest part of your day and: o Will comply with all jobsite safety regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment What We Provide: Comprehensive and ongoing training All visual documentation tools, such as digital cameras, laser scanners, drones provided Significant opportunities for advancement Healthcare 401k Program Preferences Will Be Given To: Candidates with Construction industry experience Candidates with laser scanning and/or technical computer experience FAA 107 Licensed Drone Pilots
