A growing residential construction company located in LA is looking to hire a full time production manager. Position offered: 1\\. The production manager is responsible for assisting the owner, general manager, and outside reps (designers) to complete each project on schedule, on budget and with the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. He/she work closely with the owner, outside reps, general manager and subcontractors 3\\. He/she manage the production daily using project management software, tools and advanced apps Pre-requisites Minimum of two (2) years, full- time experience in managing residential renovation projects Experienced with Google drive/Google Docs/ and project management software Excellent oral and written communication skills Responsible, detailed oriented and very organized personality Problem solver Open minded to technology applications A positive attitude personality Top customer service minded person Working knowledge of residential construction methods, process, building codes, techniques and system Spanish Speaker is a Plus Job responsibilities Efficient production planning and project scheduling Create and maintain job folders (hard & digital copy) and work log for each active project Maintain and manage CRM and management software for the schedule, files, change orders and project daily logs Pre construction responsibilities- build material list, coordinate between customers & designers Coordinate with city permit expeditor Reviews contracts/ bids for feasibility, cost and schedule issues Schedule and coordinate city inspections Responsible for a full understanding of the project from available verbal, images, videos and written information including: blueprints, specifications and bids Weekly meetings with owner, general manager and design team Evaluate new/existing subcontractors; create and maintain sub-contractor database, contracts.Create an account to see the full posting, access our search engine, and more.
