Construction Project Supervisor - Contract

Including job walk, working with project owner to develop timeline, directing all field staff, subcontractors, materials and activities necessary to successfully complete projects of varying complexity; and to work with the internal Production Team to produce a quality product on time, within the project budget, complying with safety standards and exceeding customers’ expectations. Physical ability to walk and review job progress at the construction sites in all phases of construction. Physical ability to make presentations and participate in meetings virtually, on the construction site and in an office setting. Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete new and ongoing projects In conjunction with the project team, develop schedules for project completion that effectively allocate resources and subcontractors as necessary to complete projects in an efficient and timely manner Work with project team, field workers, subcontractors and property owners to meet or exceed project timelines When project needs require, jump in and assist with a task or phase that requires an extra hand Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Manage project staff and/or subcontractors according to the established policies and practices of the organization Establish and maintain harmonious labor relations among job site personnel.
