Construction Site Foreman

The Site Foreman provides leadership and is responsible for the following  Supervising and Leadership  Ensuring the safety of crew member  Following OSHA Guidelines  Planning and Scheduling  Quality Control  Daily communication with property managers  Review drawings and submittals  Prepare punch list and ensure all items are addressed and executed in a timely manner Requirements: Schedule: 8 Hour Shift – Monday thru Friday – (Full Time)
