We are looking for Construction Superintendents that will manage all on site execution of the construction of residential high end custom homes from planning through key turn-over. Construction of homes include extensive earthworks, concrete, and a keen eye for finish details. Ability to take initiative and make decisions.Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, updates and presentations.
