* Batch-shoot content to keep every brand’s calendar stocked
* Pitch your own ideas based on trends and what’s performing
* Adapt your style to fit each brand’s voice
* Collaborate with the social team on scripting and shot planning

**What We’re Looking For**

* A portfolio of short-form content you’ve created, whether personal, brand, or UGC
* Strong CapCut skills and a feel for current editing styles: text overlays, pacing, transitions, sound
* Comfortable and natural on camera
* Knows what performs on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
* Passion for beauty, skincare, and fragrance
* Owns basic equipment (a phone with a good camera, lighting, a mic). We also provide equipment, products, props, and space
* Reliable for a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule

**Bonus Skills**

* Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom
* Photography or product styling
* Experience creating content for multiple brands at once
* Your own following or creator presence
