CONTENT CREATOR & COPYWRITER

* Increase followers and interactions in Instagram, Pintrest, and houzz platforms with Facebook in consideration * Write copy that flows with marketing objectives, has a strong CTA that creates leads, and helps tell our quirky story * Create a forward-thinking strategy and calendar that integrates with other marketing/sales objectives and yet is flexible for the spontaneous * Be able to establish metrics and report KPIs and ROIs * Take photography and video of our products, people, and occasional installs, and edit provided photography/video to create engaging visual consistency * Identify new social and content platforms that can increase sales leads * Help build and manage partnerships with influencers * Can identify paid post & digital advertising opportunities in social media platforms and work with our partners (or on your own) to make them happen * Provide support to other content areas such as blogs, editorial, copywriting for print/digital tactics, and internal communications * Can demonstrate success in social media for other B2B and B2C companies \- Bonus if that is for a builder/architect/interior designer or material manufacture * Enjoys telling stories, taking photos/videos, and chatting with real people to get the shot or story * Has spotless grammar & spelling * Shoots for a high-bar and isn’t scared by a team that does the same * Embraces rapid change, loves to learn new tech platforms, and has worked in a social media CMS/Scheduler * Truly enjoys social media/storytelling and sees the opportunities in it for sales * Is able to work full-time: partially from home because of the pandemic and in our Farmington, NY office/mill during working hours (M-F 8-5) to gather content when needed * Has 2+ years demonstrated experience in social media, content creation, and/or copywriting for digital tactics We want to do good, and we believe that starts with how we treat our people and planet.
