Responsibilities • Shoot high-quality video and photography (studio, factory, lifestyle, travel, drone, testimonials) • Travel to events, owner meetups, and customer locations • Direct talent (customers, founders, team members) on camera • Edit long-form and short-form video (YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Meta Ads) • Color grade, sound design, and optimize for platform performance • Create motion graphics and lightweight animations • Repurpose content across multiple formats for multiple channels • Leverage AI tools in post production • Post and manage content on social platforms • Keep an organized calendar • Collaborate on paid ad creative testing • Analyze performance and iterate • Propose creative concepts aligned with growth objectives • Contribute to campaign ideation with the Marketing team • Help build a scalable content engine • Maintain brand consistency across channels Benefits • Equipment package provided (camera, lenses, audio, lighting) • Competitive benefits package • Access to the Noovo Van fleet for personal travel Company Overview • Noovo manufactures luxury recreational vehicles on wheels.
