We are growing and eager to hire a graphic designer to help us scale. We are based in White Salmon, WA and would love to hire someone in the Columbia Gorge, Portland or Vancouver area for occasional meetups, but the job would effectively be remote. Duties: \\- Translating client needs and branding strategies into effective design solutions \\- Designing visual concepts using the Adobe Suite \\- Selecting colors, fonts, photography, layouts and other design elements to communicate creative concepts \\- Articulating and pitching design concepts to art director/owners and clients Must Have: \\- Fluency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop \\- Design education (degree or equivalent self study and/or experience) \\- At least a year working experience ... or a kick ass portfolio \\- Be a self starter and a problem solver by nature \\- Great interpersonal and communication skills Nice to Have: \\- Experience/expertise in Squarespace \\- CSS coding knowledge Check out our website at www.napkin-studio.com.
