Incumbents serve as supervisors over District contract workers or District field crews on job sites, liaisons, interpret and enforce contract specifications, established policies, procedures and schedules for inspecting and evaluating contractual field jobs to determine if progressive or completed work is in accordance with terms and conditions of the purchase order or contract. **Education/Qualifications** Associate degree (Bachelor's degree preferred) and 2+ years of experience in contractual quality control, public works inspection, aquatic vegetation management practices and oversight. Effectively manage and supervise multiple contracts, plan, schedule and project workloads. Ability to interpret field notes, drawings, specifications, and prepare reports. State of Florida Restricted Pesticide License or the ability to obtain one within 6 months from date of hire/ placement in job.
