We are a Phoenix-based real estate research firm seeking a Contract Photographer to join our team in Birmingham, AL. This position is ideal for individuals with photography experience who have reliable transportation. The primary responsibility of the photographer will be to capture exterior property photographs of Multi-Family and Self-Storage properties in the Birmingham area. On average, assignments will involve photographing 20-30 properties, with each property requiring about 10-15 photos. The work is expected to take around 15 minutes per property, and photographers will have one week to complete their assignments, which typically require about two days of work.
