We are a Phoenix-based real estate research firm with a contract available for individuals with photography experience and reliable transportation! Photographers should be located in or willing to travel around the Frederick area to take exterior property photographs of Residential, Office, and Self-Storage properties. Interested applicants must have the following: • A digital camera or viable smartphone (with ability to capture JPG images) • High speed Internet for uploading photos • Reliable transportation (must have a valid license/insurance, or use public transit) • Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or a similar spreadsheet application for assignments • This contract will only contain 5 properties.
