Contract Photographer - Nashville (Real Estate)

Photographers should be located in or willing to travel around the Nashville area to take exterior property photographs of Multi-Family and Office properties. Interested applicants must have the following: • A digital camera or viable smartphone (with ability to capture JPG images) • High speed Internet for uploading photos • Reliable transportation (must have a valid license/insurance, or use public transit) • Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or a similar spreadsheet application for assignments Assignments on average can contain up to 20-30 properties* and photographers are given one week to complete the assignment; however, each assignment generally requires 2 days of work. • This contract will only contain 4 properties.
