Photographers should be located in or willing to travel around the Portsmouth area to take exterior property photographs of Multi-Family and Self-Storage properties. Interested applicants must have the following: • A digital camera or viable smartphone (with ability to capture JPG images) • High speed Internet for uploading photos • Reliable transportation (must have a valid license/insurance, or use public transit) • Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or a similar spreadsheet application for assignments • This contract will only contain 5 properties.
