We are looking for photographers on Kauai. You just show up to the shoot and then send us all the RAW files, no culling or editing. Responsibilities Capture portraits and weddings on location Deliver digital images by sending digital files online via transfer service to our office within 2 days of the shoot Keep an updated availability calendar Constantly improve image quality using various editing methods Use and maintain professional equipment (full-frame cameras, lenses etc) Participate in paid training to learn our brand style and standards Maintain an in depth understanding of photographic best practices and procedures Skills Proven professional shooting experience, including weddings, must have an up- to-date online portfolio you can share with us. Eye-catching portfolio Off Camera Lighting skills are preferred but will train if your natural light portfolio looks excellent Ability to maintain calm, cool and collected in difficult situations Must be a people person and enjoy working with people of all ages, races, orientations and backgrounds.
