We are a Phoenix-based real estate research firm with a contract available for individuals with photography experience and reliable transportation! Photographers should be located in or willing to travel around the Sylacauga area to take exterior property photographs of Residential properties. Interested applicants must have the following: • A digital camera or viable smartphone (with ability to capture JPG images) • High speed Internet for uploading photos • Reliable transportation (must have a valid license/insurance, or use public transit) • Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or a similar spreadsheet application for assignments Assignments on average can contain up to 20-30 properties* and photographers are given one week to complete the assignment; however, each assignment generally requires 2 days of work. • This contract will only contain 14 properties.
