Contract Real Estate Photographer Needed

aftertec inc. is looking for a contract photographer in the Sonoma County area who has experience with HDR and real estate photography. We are looking for an entry-level and suited for college students or recent grads who have some field or course work in photography and has desire to learn 3D photography. Characteristics of the contractor we are looking for: ● Capture bracket HDR images & 3D virtual tours of interior and exterior of properties using full frame camera and wide-angled lens ● Capture 3D virtual tour of interior and exterior of properties using Matterport Pro2 camera device ● Effectively manage assigned jobs to maximize time on-site ● Consistently meet our company’s quality standard guidelines and adapting to client specific requests ● Promptly respond to new photo shoot inquiries Hard Skills and Experience of contractor we are looking for: ● DSLR ● Matterport (preferred not required) ● Microsoft office tools - Outlook, Excel, Word, etc ● Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop (preferred not required) Soft Skills and Experience of contractor we are looking for: ● Effective communicator ● Detail oriented ● Strong problem- solving skills ● Proactive and self-motivated Please include a link to show samples of your portfolio.
