About the Opportunity:We are seeking a dependable and skilled photographer/videographer to contract with our real estate team and capture compelling listing visuals throughout Metro Louisville, including Southern Indiana. Responsibilities: • Travel to properties across Metro Louisville and nearby Indiana counties to shoot real estate photos and/or video • Deliver raw, unedited photo and video files within 24 hours of each shoot • Follow provided shot lists or brand standards (when applicable) • Communicate efficiently with agents or office staff to schedule and confirm appointments • Maintain professionalism on-site with homeowners and tenants What We’re Looking For: • Prior real estate photography and/or videography experience preferred • Must provide your own professional camera gear (DSLR/mirrorless, gimbal/stabilizer required; drone is a plus) • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work across Kentucky and Indiana sides of Metro Louisville • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication • Ability to consistently deliver raw files within 24 hours of each shoot • Ownership: All rights to delivered raw content are transferred to our brokerage upon submission • Portfolio or Trial Required: Please share real estate photo/video samples. A short test shoot may be requested • You shoot, we edit — no post-production required • Prompt pay per project (rate discussed based on scope and travel)
