Corporate Photographer

Overview:** As a key member of our creative team, the Corporate Photographer is responsible for capturing high-quality images that meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders. This includes executive-level portraits, contributions to the annual report, and various creative projects and events throughout the year. **Responsibilities:** • Collaborate with clients, art directors... agencies, and production specialists to develop concepts that meet client requirements • Provide expertise to the creative team to achieve creative, production, and technical goals • Prepare for photo shoots, including testing and prepping equipment, scouting locations, scheduling, and renting equipment • Set up, light, and capture digital images, ensuring technical, creative, and brand integrity within designated deadlines • Process, edit, and retouch images and prep them for online or print publishing • Facilitate special print requests for photos and artwork • Facilitate special matting and framing requests • Archive images with multiple back-ups • Research state-of-the-art equipment to help facilitate world-class productions • Mentor younger team members when applicable • Provide strategic direction relative to photo assets and archive • Perform administrative tasks, such as billing and expense reporting • *Qualifications:** • Technical media production expertise, including cameras, lens systems, and lighting equipment • Owner and Solutions provider mindset • Expert in the identification and use of image libraries • Familiar with rights management, copyright, and privacy best practices • In-depth knowledge of photography, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom • Associate's degree in Photography, Advertising, and/or 3-5 years related experience in professional photography • *Benefits:** • Pay Type: Hourly • Min Hiring Rate: $25.00 • Max Hiring Rate: $32.00 • Location: Midland, MI, USA • Travel Requirement: Must be a seasoned international and domestic traveler, with personal means to facilitate some personal daily travel expenses, which will be reimbursed. * We are an equal employment opportunity employer and all aspects of employment will be based on job requirements, individual qualifications, merit, performance, and business needs
