Corporate Photographer/Videographer

Overview: Specifically they will be tasked with showcasing the unique features of our national portfolio of properties to aid in marketing, media, and other communications. About the job: What you'll be doing: • Work closely with the Marketing team and stakeholders to understand their visual content requirements and expectations • Conduct on-site photography and videography sessions for properties, capturing high-quality images and videos that highlight key features • Operate drone equipment to capture aerial photographs and videos, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and safety guidelines • Edit and retouch photographs using photo editing software, such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, to enhance the quality and appeal of images • Edit and produce professional-grade videos using video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, to create engaging property tours and promotional materials • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visual content while adhering to established deadlines • Maintain and update photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, drones, and editing software • Continuously research and stay current with industry trends, techniques, and technology to improve the quality and efficiency of our visual content production What you'll bring to the table: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work • Expertise in drone photography and videography • Proficiency in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members • Reliable transportation and the willingness to travel to various property locations as needed • Bachelor's degree in Photography, Videography, or a related field is preferred, but not required • Experience with the rest of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
