Corporate Trainer & Support Assistant

Proficient in G-Suite [Google Docs, Google Sheets etc.]. Your #1 Goal is to help the company prepare Field Service Representatives [Automotive Photographers] to be as successful as they possibly can be & lay the foundation for a long career with CarData, Inc. A corporate trainer is a specialist responsible for increasing a company's productivity by teaching important skills and knowledge to employees. The trainer will be responsible for evaluating our needs and current practices and utilizing CarData’s training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides. You will track the performance of your trainees for a designated period of time, after they have completed training, via daily reports. When you are not training an automotive photographer or following up on a previously trained automotive photographer you will be assisting our support team with their daily duties which include, but are not limited to, following up with support tickets, communication between CarData staff, 3rd party vendors, and dealerships, and troubleshooting with CarData employees via various platforms and various means of communication.
