As an Associate Photographer at CoStar Group, you will play a crucial role in capturing stunning 3D virtual tours and photographs for residential homes and apartments. Working closely with clients, sales associates, logistics, and management teams, you will be responsible for scanning homes and apartments using Matterport Pro3 cameras, creating virtual tours and floor plans, and taking residential photographs for marketing purposes. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service and meeting client demands, you will work independently in a fast-paced environment to capture high-quality images that showcase properties in the best possible light. • Own the market by navigating one-mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage, identifying new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed. • Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
