This is a field-facing role with regular travel within your assigned market to support in-person development and quality assurance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a remote team of 8–10 photographers, fostering high performance and professional developmentConduct regular 1:1s and field visits to reinforce best practices and offer coachingReview daily production, conduct quality audits, and provide actionable feedbackBuild efficient workflows to improve productivity while maintaining quality and compliance with brand standardsAnalyze team KPIs and individual scorecards to drive performance and engagementChampion a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous learning within your teamIdentify and implement strategic improvements in processes, tools, and training to support the launch and growth of new initiativesPartner cross-functionally with sales, research, photography, and product teams to evolve and expand our photography servicesTroubleshoot technical issues and serve as liaison for equipment and software needsCommunicate professionally with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and seamless executionQualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution3–5 years of experience in direct operations management (6+ employees), preferably in photography or field-based rolesProven leadership skills with ability to motivate, coach, and engage teamsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive continuous improvementExperience managing and prioritizing employees’ workloads to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently metDemonstrated ability to think strategically and contribute to the growth of a department through innovation and process developmentHigh attention to detail and quality standardsCustomer-first mindset with a strong commitment to service excellenceProficiency in Excel and MS Office; familiarity with data reporting tools is a plusValid driver’s license and clean driving record requiredWhat’s in it for you?When you join CoStar Group, you’ll experience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.
