About the Role

We’re a fast-growing real estate media company looking for a reliable, versatile assistant who can support across multiple areas of the business.

This is a hands-on, hybrid role — you’ll be involved in everything from photo/video shoots to scheduling, editing, and occasional personal assistant tasks.

If you’re someone who likes variety, takes ownership, and can adapt quickly, this role offers real-world experience in both creative production and business operations.

What You’ll Do

Assist on real estate photo & video shoots
Edit photos and videos (or learn quickly)
Communicate with clients via text/email
Help with scheduling and calendar management
Post and manage social media content
Handle general admin and office support
Run occasional errands / personal assistant tasks

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Reliable transportation
Strong reliability and responsiveness
Comfortable working independently and in-person
Ability to switch between different types of tasks
Trustworthy and respectful in both business and personal settings

Ideal Candidate

Organized and detail-oriented
Low ego, high ownership mindset
Comfortable learning new skills quickly
Interested in photography, video, or content creation (a plus, not required)
Background in hospitality, production, admin, or assistant roles is a plus

Compensation

$18/hour starting pay
