Creative Lead, Photo is a full-time position responsible for leading a team to create high-quality photographic content that aligns with brand identity and drives business outcomes through strategic photo ideas and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Photo Art Directors, Editors, Retouchers, and Researchers Concept and develop photo ideas integrated across brand and product touchpoints Oversee and art direct photo shoots to ensure alignment with brand strategy Required Qualifications 10+ years of art and creative direction experience in an agency or in-house environment Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in photography-driven campaigns Deep expertise in Photo Art Direction as a storytelling tool Proven people leadership and management skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
