What You’ll Do

Travel to homes and shoot listing content: photos, video, drone, and 3D scansCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients and our internal teamFollow shoot-day checklists, prep gear, and manage logisticsHelp agents feel confident on camera by coaching them on what to say and how to look their bestUpload files and notes to our editing team - you shoot, WE editRepresent the Three Palms Media brand with kindness, integrity, reliability, and professionalismIMPORTANT TO KNOW:

This job is flexible, but it is not “whenever I feel like it” flexible.

This is a variable-hour role, not a traditional 9–5. Real estate moves fast, so shoots are often booked 1–2 days in advance and the schedule changes week to week.

We connect with your Google Calendar so you can block off unavailable days/times. If your calendar is open, our system knows you can be scheduled.

We need someone available at least 4 days per week, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

This is a great fit if you want creative, active, people-focused work and love flexibility and/or have other commitments or projects you want to make time for. It is not the right fit if you need guaranteed full-time hours or the exact same schedule every week.

Drone License Requirement

All team members must obtain their FAA Part 107 drone license.

We’ll pay for your exam and provide all study materials- you just need to be willing to put in the effort to pass.
