Creative Media Associate (Photography & Video / Marketing Trainee)

Hill Property Media is hiring a Creative Media Associate — a people-focused, creative-minded individual who we can train into an exceptional real estate photographer/videographer and marketing content creator.

No experience required. We teach everything.

We are looking for someone who is:

What You’ll Do

Capture property photos & simple video clips (training provided)Travel to 2–4 homes/day in Chico, Paradise, and OrovilleWork professionally with real estate agents & homeownersFollow structured workflows and brand standards(Full-Time) Grow into a leadership/mentor role supporting new team membersPay & Benefits

This role does not follow a fixed 9–5 schedule, though most days we are able to keep you fully booked during your optimal work hour window.Your day is shaped by your availability and client bookingsSome days / months lighter, some busier.
