Creative Project Manager (Photography)

A hands-on project manager or producer with experience delivering high-volume content, photography, or ecommerce production work Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven studio environment Comfortable building estimates, budgets, documentation, and production plans Experienced in client-facing delivery, with the ability to build credibility and trust through clear communication and consistent execution Able to adapt quickly within retail, enterprise, or complex client environments Skilled at identifying opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, quality, and scalability Practical and curious about how GenAI, automation, and emerging technologies can enhance content production A strong team contributor who can collaborate across account, creative, studio, post-production, technology, operations, and client stakeholder groups Comfortable working with distributed teams across multiple locations, including virtual teams in the US, China, and India Experience working within the Bentonville / Northwest Arkansas market Familiarity with Bentonville or comparable large-scale retail organizations Experience in high-volume ecommerce, retail, advertising, content production industry Experience supporting both studio production and client-facing account delivery Mac proficiency Exposure to GenAI tools, automated workflows, digital content pipelines, or emerging production technologies Experience with content supply chain tools, DAM systems, production platforms, or digital asset workflows Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field Experience coordinating with multi-location or offshore teams Experience working in a client-facing, delivery-focused role Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills Ability to manage schedules, documentation, budgets, project details, and cross-functional dependencies Experience working with large retail, enterprise, or similarly complex client environments Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills Ability to adapt to changing conditions and operate effectively under pressure Travel may be required for this role.
