Clients Blackbox is looking for a highly organized Creative Project Manager to manage video projects, perform QA on completed video edits, and conduct introductory calls with prospective clients.

$2,000–$3,000 USD per month, depending on experience. Full-time remote contractor position. International applicants are encouraged to apply!

**Requirements**

* Excellent written and spoken English

* Strong organization and attention to detail
* Experience in project management, creative operations, video production, or a similar environment
* Comfortable communicating with prospective clients on calls
* Professional, confident, and able to work independently
* Able to manage multiple active projects in a fast-paced remote environment

Preferred: Agency, performance marketing, video production, account management, or client-facing experience.

Responsibilities:

* Manage video editing projects from assignment through completion
* Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables
* Perform QA on edited videos before final approval
* Review pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, formatting, and overall quality
* Provide clear revision feedback to video editors
* Conduct introductory calls with prospective clients
* Keep communication and project workflows organized across the team
