As a CADY Photographer, you will be a part-time seasonal member of our team responsible for capturing high-quality images during studio sessions, school picture days, and special events. This role suits outgoing individuals who thrive in energetic settings and aim to create unforgettable experiences for high school students and families. With no professional photography experience required, we welcome hobbyists, creatives, and gig workers pursuing careers in media or events!

Essential Job Functions:

Capture stunning images using CADY's photography equipment and training.Create a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for students and families.Set up, test, and maintain photography equipment before each session.Follow established processes for accurate image processing and workflow completion.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event execution.Participate in ongoing training and skill development.Support additional operational initiatives as business needs change.Essential Driving Requirements:

This position involves frequent travel to schools, studios, and other assigned locations.Photographers must drive personal vehicles during their working shift.Timely travel to multiple job sites, sometimes on short notice.Willingness to drive to off-site locations for assigned photography events.Safely transport photography equipment using personal vehicles or company vans.Maintain valid state driver's license and automobile insurance.Scheduling Expectations:

Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends during peak seasons.Weekly hours will vary based on the event schedule and business needs.Job Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old and out of high school.High School diploma or equivalent required.Pass a satisfactory background check.Able to work effectively in a team and independently.Amazing customer service and communication skills.Coachable with the ability to learn quickly and produce quality output.Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors:

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting equipment up to 40 lbs.Able to working in various weather conditions indoors and outdoors.Able to ascend or descend a ladder.Ability to read, write, and speak in English.Ability to communicate verbally with customers and team members.Comfortable in fast-paced, high-energy environments with noise, crowds, and lighting equipment.
