As a CADY Photographer, you will be a part-time seasonal team member responsible for capturing stunning images during studio sessions, school picture days, and special events. Essential Job Functions
Capture high-quality images using CADY photography equipment and training Create a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for students and families Set up, test, and maintain photography equipment before each session Follow established processes to ensure accurate image processing and workflow completion Collaborate with team members for efficient event execution Engage in ongoing training and skill development Support additional operational tasks as business needs change Essential Driving Requirements
Use of a personal vehicle during work hours Timely travel to multiple job sites throughout the day, sometimes on short notice Willingness to drive to off-site locations for photography events Safely transport photography equipment in personal vehicles or company vans following safety guidelines Drive lawfully and responsibly using personal and company vehicles Valid state driver's license Valid automobile insurance Scheduling Expectations
Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends during peak seasons Weekly hours vary based on event schedules and business needs Job Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age and completed high school High school diploma or equivalent Satisfactory background check Able to work effectively in a team and independently Excellent customer service and communication skills Coachable with the ability to learn quickly and produce quality outputs Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting equipment up to 40 lbs. Able to bend or stoop Work indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable ascending or descending ladders Sufficiently read, write, and communicate in English Ability to interact verbally with customers and team members Comfortable in busy and high-energy environments with music and crowds
