Creative Videographer and Photographer

We are looking for experienced Real Estate Videographers/Photographers to create engaging content & join our growing team of Creatives to help take over the St. Louis area! For this specific role, we are looking for a creatively skilled Videographer/Photographer that can take control on site to direct & capture images and moments of properties that will help our clients tell a story of homes and Real Estate agents alike. This person will be focused on providing world class media for properties being listed for sale all while being fun to be around to create lasting relationships. Respond to scheduled appointments with clients on timeCapture stunning media & Build on RelationshipsExpected to be Highly Communicative about bookings throughout the day with the teamPractice a high level of customer service with clientsBe very likable and fun to be aroundPossess the ability to add Creative insights and suggestions in real timeWork with clients to capture images and videos to achieve desired resultsConstantly elevate image and video quality through expanding knowledge and skillsetUse and maintain employer provided technical equipment (cameras, lenses, drone, etc)Arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to client specificationsUpload and File photographic images and videos within portal to be delivered to editing teamMaintain an in depth understanding of media best practices, procedures and trendsWillingness to be on camera for Team ContentResponsible for uploads at end of day. 25% (Preferred)Work Location: In person
