Cruise Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Cruise Manager, you are responsible for all cruise service staff and services aboard the Portland Spirit cruises. You will be directly responsible for managing cruises, as well as, all duties set forth for the administration of service department. DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES: • Communicates regularly with Executive Service Director to ensure high level of customer service and a consistency in operation. Record keeping is specific and you are to use the guidelines given by the Accounting Department and Service Manager. • Communicates with the Executive Service Director as to cruise details as it pertains to service and photography.
