CSR - Customer Service Representative

Youth portraits are a tradition, and ensuring consistent responses and satisfaction as our primary goal is to garner repeat customer relationships for 12+ years for every youth we photograph. - Deducing the customer wants and needs and translating that for the rest of the production line. We are primarily looking for people with time management skills and the ability to pay attention to details. We are able and willing to train the right person that will fit in with our current team. Being bilingual in Spanish is a positive but not a requirement.
