CSR - Customer Service Representative

LEO'S Photography is a family owned, Washington State business with dynamic constant annual growth in the youth portrait photography market. We photograph over 400 schools through our 2 locations, and are seeking to fill a position based from our Spokane office.

For over 100 years we have been the leader in youth portraiture in Washington State. We are looking for someone that is able to represent our reputation in excellent, no fault customer service. We focus on ensuring our customers are happy and want the end result of any interaction to be positive and beneficial. Youth portraits are a tradition, and ensuring consistent responses and satisfaction as our primary goal is to garner repeat customer relationships for 12+ years for every youth we photograph.

We are looking for a new employee that is an exceptional listener who can clearly and effectively express themselves both verbally and in writing. The appropriate applicant will have excellent decision making skills with a demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.

In a typical day you can expect to;

- Answer phone calls from customers and inputting their orders to ensure accurate production.

- Identifying any customers that need additional follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Responding to emails and focusing passing the information internally to the right department.

- Ensuring the selection of best possible product and options for the customer.

- Deducing the customer wants and needs and translating that for the rest of the production line.

Our compensation is dependent upon your experience and scheduling availability.

We are primarily looking for people with time management skills and the ability to pay attention to details. Being fast and technically proficient while having fun in our office environment is critical to the atmosphere of our work place. We are able and willing to train the right person that will fit in with our current team. Critical deduction skills and efficient work discipline is required in this position. The ability to quickly learn our product line is essential. Computer proficiency is a must.
