Requirements: • Culinary arts degree and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Hospitality, Communications or related field • Food certifications a plus • At least 3 years’ experience as a chef or cook in a restaurant/food service or test kitchen environment • At least 3 years’ experience developing content for various platforms • Track record of chef success in the restaurant industry • Track record of success in culinary media world • An exceptional palate with varied culinary knowledge; expert in both savory and sweet cooking methods across multiple cuisines, with specific emphasis on the cuisines of the Mediterranean and Italian.
