Professional communication via phone, email and online chat Interface with customers to verify their specific lighting needs Guide customers through the various levels of lighting product lines Work with existing customers in building their Westcott investments Guide in proper use of equipment Engage with customers to resolve product interruptions Process stock orders for retailers Position Requirements Must be willing to work in our Maumee, Ohio location Experience with customer support Operate Microsoft Office programs Able to make judgment calls within the guidelines set Motivated to learn new skills. Strong and clear communication skills both written and verbal Maintain professional and courteous character in stressful scenarios Ability to multitask in a busy environment Willingness to step outside of standard daily duties to assist other departments in a team environment
