Role Description The Customer Service Associate – Event Photography – On the Job Training role is a part-time, on-site position based in York, PA. Daily tasks include assisting with scheduling photo sessions, handling basic inquiries in person and by phone, and supporting photo viewing or ordering processes. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience, with a focus on creating positive interactions.Ability to handle inquiries and concerns effectively, demonstrating Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills.Professional communication abilities, including clear Phone Etiquette for answering calls and providing information.Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in busy event environments with varying schedules (evenings, weekends as needed).Basic computer skills and ability to learn point-of-sale or ordering systems.Friendly, approachable demeanor and ability to work well with diverse clients and team members.Previous customer service or event experience is helpful but not required; willingness to learn through on-the-job training is essential.
