1: We’re looking for a “hands on” person to assist in our production process; filling comforters & pillows to specification with goose down, and sewing them closed. Once you are trained and proficient, you will typically be asked to do this often enough to keep your skills fresh, and then when needed, for example; during the busy season or when our production manager is on vacation. Basic sewing skills will be helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. 2: The main part of your job would be to learn our products, and our website, and provide awesome service to our customers. So, while it is vitally important that we be available to answer questions and provide wonderful customer service when needed – there is still a lot of time available in the day, as we wait to leap to assist our customers.
