We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable team member to handle customer service and photo order processing at our Albuquerque/Grants locations. This role combines front desk customer interaction with behind-the-scenes order processing and quality control for school photography orders. Enter and process paper photo orders into our system Archive and organize orders for easy lookup Act as a point person between photographers and internal teams Review photographer work for accuracy, completeness, and proper crop/zoom Merge files and prepare orders for final processing Photography or production experience is a plus, but not required. Mix of customer interaction and detailed computer work Clear processes and training provided Stable schedule at one location Opportunity to grow into a key operations role
