The Customer Service Representative (IPS) has overall responsibility and accountability to provide knowledgeable and professional service to all customers, specifically those interested in film and digital output services and their related accessories. The ideal candidate will: • Be able to provide extraordinary service in the area of film, digital processing, and photofinishing. • Work with every customer on a personal level and not just as a sales person vs. customer. • Educate customers on the many options now available with digital printing and output. Qualified applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
