This may be in person or by phone, and as such, requires that the individual performing this critically important function be the face and voice of our business. First impressions are lasting ones and so they must be the absolute best impressions, both professionally and personally, possible. The duties of a CSR are as follows: Greeting customers with a pleasant, warm, professional attitude, whether in person or by phone Assessing the needs of the customer by actively listening to them and engaging with appropriate questions and information to meet those needs Providing the most accurate estimate of the cost for requested work by being familiar with our many products and services Obtaining accurate and complete contact information from the customer, along with the service needed, personal property left, estimate and payment for those services and the creation of receipts and invoices for all transactions made Accurately entering the work requested into our order tracking and production process system to ensure that the customers property is protected from damage, misplacement or loss Following up by phone or email with customers to update them on the status of their order Reviewing orders when picked up to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied and happy with the work performed Creating accurate notes for production on orders that do not meet expectations Keeping a neat and tidy appearance to all store areas, both public and in team member areas Taking accurate customer notes and messages for management and production team members when they are unavailable to have a personal dialogue with the customer Reviewing and updating the status of production orders in the data record system whenever the status should change Daily assessment of the company’s operating processes and procedures with an eye towards improvement in efficiency, accuracy and responsiveness. No exceptions Reliable transportation Ability to work flexible schedules and on weekends and evenings between the hours of 8am-7pm Punctuality is an absolute must A neat and tidy appearance A good listener Organized and can follow directions Good at time management Must be able to meet deadlines Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to print legibly and take accurate notes Speak English fluently Experience operating computer equipment and a POS system Experience in retail sales of both soft and hard goods Additional Qualifications considered a plus: Bilingual in Spanish Studio photography, framing, flat bed scanning, editing or retouching skills Marketing experience Writing experience
