Providing convenient and value-added business services to customers of all sizes such as small-office, home-office market, corporate, and consumers. Our business offers a variety of shipping, postal, printing, passport photos, livescan/fingerprinting, notary, and many other business services. We endeavor to be the best in every aspect of the business by promoting a culture of trust, teamwork, accountability, high expectations, and open communication. RESPONSIBILITIES Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, and Photo Pro’s leadership team Takes ownership of the customer's photography needs and offers viable solutions Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, plus alternative solutions Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment Performs other duties as assigned while also being proactive to work independently QUALIFICATIONS A high school diploma or GED required Strong computer and typing skills, plus knowledge of Windows Operating system, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Photoshop Outstanding phone and customer service skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math Prompt, reliable, and responsible Able to lift 40 pounds Must be able to work occasional Saturdays.
